Question 18

State abbreviation that appears as the first and last letters on the license plate of a red Corvette driven by a noted actress in a movie that was directed by a famous personality who had earlier directed a movie with those same letters in the title of the movie.

Answer: TX
The white T-Bird (not the red Corvette {dumb Don}), in the movie “American Graffiti” was driven by Suzanne Somers. The license plate number THX138 was taken from one of George Lucas’ earlier movies, “THX1138”. That’s how we get Texas.

Oops! Yes, it was a white Thunderbird, not a red Corvette. Thanks for finding that, Jim. We're sorry about that!
