Jail report
I made the rounds yesterday at the jail after stopping in at the Dane County Legal Resource Center (formerly Law Library) to say hi to the librarian there.
Some little successes: I was able to find and deliver *exactly* what some inmates wanted to read:
the entire Irish trilogy by Nora Roberts;
"Daddy's little girl" by Mary Higgins Clark;
"Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy;
a much-coveted thesaurus;
and, sadly, a current newspaper so an inmate could look for his grandparents' obituaries.
I'm pleased to report that "Jail finds" is back up, with even more pictures of random crap from the book cart than ever. Enjoy.
